The Vicksburg District encompasses a 68,000-square-mile area across portions of Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana that holds seven major river basins and incorporates approximately 460 miles of mainline levees. The district is engaged in hundreds of projects and supports disaster response in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

Vicksburg, Miss… The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District is offering agricultural lands for lease to the public. There are 12 tracts of agricultural lands in Garland and Montgomery County, Arkansas, and the properties will be leased for pasture, hay and grazed woods.

The Notice of Availability (NOA) number for these tracts is DACW38-9-16-1. Anyone interested in bidding should contact Angela Williams in the Vicksburg District Real Estate Office 601-631-5230. The bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on November 24, 2015.
