Provide civil works programming and budgeting guidance. Support to the district in the effective and efficient management of the district’s programs and projects.

Prepares and submits:

- District’s Civil Works Program and data for submission to Congress, incl. justifications
- Program execution data manpower usage
- Review analysis for current and future programs
- 10-year Program
- Prepares Division Commander for testimony to Congress

Tasks:
  • Lead, Manage, and Supervise Branch Activities
  • Provide Civil Works Programming & Budgeting Guidance to all District elements
  • Prepare, submit & defend the District’s Civil Works Budget
  • Monitor Civil Works Program execution
  • Provide support to Project & Operations Managers in execution of their missions
  • Coordinate preparation, review & submission of monthly Project Review Board Reports
