Lead and manage project delivery teams to complete and deliver quality projects under budget that delight our customers.  Responsible for Plan Formulation activities. Single point of contact for customer accountability. Represents the Commander for specific projects.  Develops, defends and maintains budget for projects. Controls project funds & resources. Insures successful completion of projects within costs, schedules, and quality parameters .
