The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District will close an elevated walkway on the Lake Ouachita Vista ADA Trail Section due to damage until further notice.

The Denby Bay Watchable Wildlife Elevated Walkway has been damaged by a combination of seasonal flooding and prolonged time in a wetland environment. To ensure the visitor safety, the district will demolish the structure this week and rebuild with composite decking as soon as possible.
