VICKSBURG, Miss. – On August 13, 2024, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District signed a Project Partnership Agreement (PPA) with the City of Gautier, Mississippi, under the Mississippi Environmental Infrastructure Program (Section 592). Gautier Mayor Casey Vaughan and Col. Jeremiah Gipson, Vicksburg District commander, formalized the agreement at Gautier City Hall.
