Vicksburg, Miss…The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District celebrated its ninth annual Founder’s Day today in observance of the District’s 140th year of service to our Nation. The ceremony concluded with team members singing the Army song before the cutting of the Founder’s Day cake by Col Cross and the team members with 45 years of service, William Carpenter and Lillian Standridge.
