The Vicksburg District encompasses a 68,000-square-mile area across portions of Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana that holds seven major river basins and incorporates approximately 460 miles of mainline levees. Vicksburg, Miss... U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will sell timber at Lake Ouachita, Arkansas, to the public. This section of timber is located in Montgomery & Garland Counties and consists of approximately 83 acres.

The Vicksburg District will accept sealed bids for Invitation No. DACW38-9-15-2 to be opened at 2:00 p.m. on December 2, 2014. Anyone interested in bidding should send information to the Vicksburg District Office located at 4155 Clay Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39183.
