Corps Project on Highway 465 to Close Road

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District is set to begin levee improvements on Highway 465 starting near Chotard Landing. All traffic will be closed on the three mile section of road starting September 29, 2017 until December 31, 2017. Concurrently, the Corps will begin paving a three mile section of Mississippi Highway 465, three miles north of Chotard Landing. The paving project will take place within the existing right of way and traffic will be guided by flag men onto one lane. This paving work will begin on October 4, 2017 with completion on December 31, 2017.
