Lake Ouachita Supervisory Natural Resources Specialist Derick Walker (left) presents the Volunteer Excellence Coin to Grace and Sidney Welch. The Welches received the honor from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District and the Corps Foundation for their ten years of dedicated volunteer service to the lake’s Denby Point Recreation Area.
